We understand how important it is for our service users to live independently and our range of support services for adults and older adults are designed to deliver this. The following provides an outline of the services we can offer, however we treat each service user individually and as such will work with you to tailor a programme to meet your needs.

The services of Helpful Home Care  can be provided as a short term solution, such as for respite for carers or if you have just been discharged from hospital. Alternatively it can be used as a long term solution to enable you to continue living life as you know it.

All our care staff are highly trained and experienced. They are compassionate and understanding and are always happy to do things in the way you have always done.

In addition to caring for older adults with additional support needs  we also support adults and older adults with support needs due to physical disabilities, mental health conditions, sensory impairments, learning disabilities, dementia, temporary care during periods of recovery (convalescence).

All Helpful Home care staff are trained to support you and your family, working alongside healthcare professionals in order to best provide an effective care package.
